To become a registered parishioner/family of Corpus Christi Parish, you can begin the registration process by sending an email request to recieve the registration packet. Your email request in the form below, will be sent to the parish office and a full registration packet will be mailed to your home. After completion of the registration packet, please return it to the parish office in a timely manner.
